2.12 mbps downloading speed and 0.29mbps uploading speed..quite good..

Definitely one of worse isp. I really feel not good that this would not give us good online gaming and downloading.

and the other telecom companies has a bandwidth cap like for example Globe Wimax
if ur plan is:
512kbps - ur bandwidth cap is 20gb per month
1mbps - bandwidth cap is 25gb
2mbps - no info

Yup it is all about money. Need to upgrade to have good bandwidth but the fact is that it is slow.
