we must eat vegetables because it has more nutrient's that we can get by eating it. nutrients and vitamins help to make our life long lasting. in the first place our ancestors eat many vegetables that is why they have long life. this is just my opinion

I went out today to buy some vegetables and i was so happy it is cheap, very soon we will enter into dry season and my vegetable will be scarce and costly
