can anyone tell me how to reboot a PC properly. coz my it keeps on hanging. I think my PC got a virus. I dont know how to fix it. is anyone out their knows how?

i think its not a virus rather its a program running in ur background or foreground,
do u reboot ur pc while ur browser is open or do u reboot ur pc while ur AV is scanning?
sometimes this happens when u forgot to close a program that is running?

if ur experiencing it without any open programs running try to use
system restore. it always help .

You should close all the programs that you had open before turning off your PC so, the next time you turn on your PC then you won't get any problem.

Reboot it using command prompt, to make sure there will be no problems.

Type this:

shutdown -r -f -t 0

reboot means restart right?
So. Start> Turn off computer > Restart.
thats it.
but if u have virus. better scan your disk. no need to reboot.
