Why most parent's always blame cafe are there no other reasons? why their children always absent and do cutting classes?

because they love thier children thats why they blame it on others... and they try to put away anything that can affect the future of thier son or daughter.

but all of their children are playing all the time in cafe..they should monitor their children where did they go co'z its their responsibility to monitor their kids and not to blame on cafe's. kung di yan sila sa cafe's I'm sure dun sa taksi or naliligo sa sapa..

Maybe you own an internet cafe, haha.
partly-the parents should discipline their child, but still the cafe owners should have their own disciplinary measures.
