I think Modern Warfare 3 is better. I have played too, but Mw3 is still my favorite in Graphics, Multiplayer and Campaings.
But Battlefield 3 has a good campaign too . Hmm it's difficult

My personally, I like the battlefield 3 game, I have played all modern warfare's game, including black options, and I just appreciate the battlefieds a lot of better. BF3 is the very cheapest than MW3.
